Another Trip to Ecuador

We’re back from our short term trip to Ecuador. 

Going down, we missed our connection in Miami, and had to spend the night in the Miami airport.  It’s amazing what you can find to do when there’s nothing to do.  Someone had a softball, so we had a bowling tournament, using empty water bottles as pins.  We also tried to play soccer with the softball, but after a few bruised ankles and shins, we stopped.  Also, it’s amazing how many people can fit on one baggage cart, and have it still able to be moved.  Not much sleep that night.

During the trip, we did some construction projects, and visited two local villlages.  We also found some time to have a little fun.
